What maximum temperature the mix can operates? 100C? VENDOR: I have never operated the unit above ambient temperatures to a maximum of 145 Deg. F.(2)Vacuum. It looks like the vacuum tube is attached to one of the charge ports. Is the vacuum good? to what extent >29? VENDOR: The vacuum gage did read approx 21. The gage is now removed. When the vacuum is on with the mixer off you can not open the upper half of the mixer.(3)The bowl. Is it cleaned? What about condition of discharge port?VENDOR: The Bowl is very clean. The side discharge port is quite clean.(4) Do you have the corresponding discharge press for the unit?VENDOR: NO we do not.
