Blades are coated with Kynar (partially worn - can be blasted down to stainless steel). Polypropylene mix can is designed for vacuum operation. 1/3 HP 1/60/115/230V electric-hydraulic lift TEFC motor. Mixer driven by a 1 HP 1/60/115/230V TEFC motor currently wired for 230 volt single phase input. Mechanical variable speed. Stainless steel gearbox housing with special teflon stirrer shaft seals. Reducer shaft opening is gasketed and capped. T-304 stainless steel vacuum hood with (2) 3 in. dia. sight/charge ports with polycarbonate sight glasses and quick release sanitary clamps. Half coupling for vacuum exhaust. O-ring seal on lower vacuum hood flange. Unit mounted on a portable steel base with lower shelf.
