I was wondering if it comes with the reservoir (for the jacket) not sure what he means by the reservoir. If he requires a TCU we can sell him one. He would need to spec.and if it comes with the vacuum pump. No we can sell him one.Also I need to know the exact footprint and height requirement for the mixer. 40 x 24 wide x 70 tall in the open position. Lastly it looks like the power requirements is 3 phase at 460V correct? The motors are dual voltage 230-460. It was set for 460V when taken out of service.As for shipping on ebay it states that you cannot ship the mixer. Can we pay for a shipping company (such as Estes) to pick it up? Having already run product at Ross at their facility in NY I can tell you that our product allows for an easy and complete cleaning and we would guarantee that if it did not do the job you would get it back in pristine condition. I should also say that based on my working visit to Ross I have a lot of confidence that your unit will do the job. Let me know if you can have any flexibility here. I am going to have a hell of a time convincing my CEO to purchase the unit without having a period to test it by running material and getting a refund if it does not. Perhaps you would be open to a rental fee for a month that goes towards purchase but if the unit does not work out you get to keep the month's fee and we send you back a clean unit.
