| Equipped with | 1 - used 22 gallon Abbe Engineering Dispersall Paste Mixer. Stainless steel construction with jacketed mix can and vacuum dome top cover. Mechanical vertical lift operated by 1/3 HP drive. Scraper type agitator with teflon scraper blades and dual top entering counter rotating planetary agitators with common 1 HP/.5 HP 2 speed motor with co-shaft speeds of approx. 43 and 21.5 RPM. Front bottom discharge with approx. 2 in. NPT connection and flush seating sanitary vacuum tight valve. Bottom driven high shear milling rotor is belt driven by 10/5 HP 2 speed Westinghouse motor 1756/875 RPM. This mixer has the cupped rotor (milling - high speed) and the double rotating mixing arms (circulating - low speed) elements. Mixing vessel is approx. 20 1/2 in. dia. x 22 in. deep with approx. 11 7/8 in. dia. milling rotor and internal temperature probe. Top cover with multiple inlets and hinged 4 in. sight glass.
