Regarding your questions: 1. Both motors are 480 volt. 2. There is a stainless steel enclosed cabinet containing a hydraulic power pack (electric/hydraulic oil). From the hydraulic power pack there is one cable that goes into the control panel and an additional two hydraulic lines that go into the column which lifts the head up. 3. On the control panel there are gauges that both control the temperature (up and down) and they are also temperature indicators. 4. We confirm that all wetted parts are Type 316 stainless steel.
