They were Ross’s fabricator for stainless tanks vacuum hoods mixing blades etc. My guess is that they had the Ross drawings and made one of these mixers without Ross knowing. If I didn’t see a B&G tag I would swear it’s a Ross1-Pre-Owned Ross 40 Gallon VersaMix (“B&G”) Triple Shaft Vacuum Mixer. This is a multi-shaft agitator system with machine mount XP controls. The high speed dispersion shaft is driven by a 7.5 HP (3/60/230-460V) XP motor. The centerline anchor is complete with a mixing can wall scraper driven by a 5HP (3/60/208-230/460V) XP Motor. The unit includes a third baffle type agitator driven by a 3HP XP (estimated HP) motor. It has a vacuum cover and it is complete with one (1) SS vacuum mixing can which is 25 diameter by 22 deep having a working capacity of approximately 40 gallons. The tank has a sloped bottom with a flush mount ball valve and is mounted on casters for portability. Air over oil hydraulic rise. It requires a floor space of approx. 40” W x 72” L and it is approx. 72” high (in lowered position). It has stainless steel contact parts and stainless steel mixing can.
