Formerly used in branded cosmetic manufacturing.

Mixing head hydraulically raises and lowers into mix can which tilts for discharging. Mixing action consists of (2) Planetary Style Beater Blades (1) High Speed Disperser Blade and (1) Side Wall Scraper blade. Tank was built by Alleganey Bradford and is National Board Code Stamped for full vacuum on shell and 60 psi @ 20 to 350 deg. F on jacket. Tank measures approx. 28.05 in. dia. x 25 in. deep. 20 HP (15 kw) High speed Cowles Disperser is belt driven by a Siemens motor. Planetary blades are driven by a 15 HP (12.5 kw) Siemens motor with inline gear reducer. With stainless steel control panel last wired for 3 phase 460 volt service.
