Unit includes the following features and specifications: CONFIGURATION & COVER LIFTING SYSTEM: Removable-Vessel design configured for use with multiple mixing vessels. Compressed Air / Oil hydraulic lifting system with two-hand operation raise / lower controls to raise and lower vacuum hood and agitators from the vessel (80 - 90 psig compressed air required). Limit switches to prevent operation of agitator drive when the vacuum hood is lifted from mixing vessel or when the mixing vessel is removed from the mixing position.MATERIALS OF CONSTRUCTION & FINISHES: All product contact parts including agitators inside of vessel and inside of vacuum hood to be type 304 stainless steel polished to a surface finish roughness average (Ra) < 0.8 um (~80 grit). Includes the following: Variable speed planetary stirrers driven by a 30 HP TEFC inverter-duty motor suitable for 3 phase 60 Hz 460 volt input for an orbital speed range of 8 to 30 RPM and stirrer blades on their own axes between 9 and 34 RPM. Heavy-duty type 304 cast stainless steel gearbox housing with special gearing capped gasketed & sealed. Pre-drilled for addition of sidewall scraper arm.
