Model PVM-100. S/N 52654. Has stainless steel vacuum cover with (2) 3 combination sight charge ports (1) 1 1/2 NPT nozzle at 180 degrees and (1) 2 NPT nozzle at 230 degrees and a thermocouple probe. 2 bottom drain with flush ball valve. Equipped with carbon steel jacket rated at 15 PSIG. Unit utilizes an air/oil hydraulic lift for raising and lowering the blades in/out of the vessel this system requires a 100-125 PSIG air supply. Mixer is equipped with a three wing variable speed anchor agitator for operation between 19 and 58 RPM high variable speed disperser for operation between 570 and 1700 RPM and a mixer emulsifier single speed at 3600 RPM (mixer head has a slotted head and bronze bushing). All mixers are driven by 10 HP 3/60/ 230-460 volt explosion proof motor and includes VF AC inverter with NEMA 1 enclosure. Mix can mounted on non-sparking casters. FOB: Durham NCUnit is still installed and can be test ran before removal. Very clean and recently painted.
