| Equipped with | 1 - Used 3 cu. ft. (working capacity) J.H. Day super sanitary ribbon blender. All 316L Stainless steel construction including: bearing supports bearing housings agitator and cover. Interior of mixing chamber measures approximately 30 in. long x 15 in. wide x 17 1/2 in. deep. Exterior of tank has all welds continuous ground smooth and free of irregularities. Small ingredient cover mounted on top of main cover. 2 in. center discharge valve. Tank has NEMA push button controls with Tachometer located in starter box Red Lion timer LIBT-1E-00 with LED readout mounted in control panel and XP motor attached to Falk gearbox with stainless steel closure. Blender is mounted on casters and has stainless steel handrail to protect the control panel and which may also be used to move the mixer. Motor is 2 HP 60 RPM and 3/60/220/440V. New in 1991.
