Trough measures 18 in. wide x 24 in. long x 22 in. deep. Jacket rated 50 psi @ 600 deg. F maximum 50 psi @ -20 deg. F minimum. Jacket UM certified by Thermo Electron Wisconsin serial #92-3268-1. Outer ribbon measures 3/16 in. thick x 1 in. wide; inner ribbon measures 3/16 in. thick x 1 in. wide with 5 support posts 7 ga. thick on 2 1/4 in. dia. main shaft. Center bottom discharge. Trough ends rolled and seam welded. All internal welds ground and polished 150-180 grit finish. Standard 2B mill finish on trough. Idle end shaft journal is removable to facilitate cleaning or replacement or repairs should this feature ever be required. With 5 HP Reliance UL listed motor 3/60/230/460V. Built 1992.
