Sold as of 07.22.04Cuyler #001006A.E.C. LESS 15%I BELIEVE CUYLER'S LOCATION10/9/03 - JonThe motor as it turns out is a 7.5 HP not a 5. The gearbox indicates a 28 to 1 ratio. The motor is 1750 RPM's; the sprockets reduce it 3 to 1. That gives me around 21 RPM final. It states a max of 90 RPM.There is a thermometer and pressure guage on the end opposite the drive. There is also a 1/2 NPT fitting in the drive end for a probe.The legs have been removed for skidding. The outlet is 20 from the floor. Height floor to top is 60. Add 20 to swing the lid up.Please let me know if you need additional information.RegardsOttoQUESTIONS FROM JOHN KAPELES:- 13 cu. ft. - age? 1993what all is stainless steel & what all is carbon steel?5 hp horse power motor is it xp?? - NOT XP (TEFC)rating for shaft & gear assembly - they want to put a larger motor on it (15 hp)type of discharge valve. is it a manual or air actuated valve. is the unit liquid tight.must have liquid. - BECAUSE THE INTERNAL PART IS RATED 30 PSI WE WOULD GUESS THE SEALS ARE LIQUID TIGHT.- is there a thermowell for temperature measurement of product- THERE IS A THERMOMETER ON END OPPOSITE DRIVE. IT CAN BE SWITCHED OUT TO A PROBE FOR AUTOMATION.I am interested in #3846 but I need to have the same list of questions answered that I gave you over the phone regarding the other two mixers. For this one I also need height dimensions (floor to bottom of discharge floor to top of mixer and max. height with hinged door open). Thank youJohn Kapeles
