Thevalves are not flush but have a 1 dead space.We have a newer blender with a flush bottom valve see AK 4883 but it's outof your customer's price range.prior use he will be blending 40 lbs/cu. ft. will this hold up to that??dyes/pigments - colors.- we cannot say about the density ratingis it ready to plug in and go?- yes one is ready to go.is it a motor with wires coming out of it?or does it have a starter?- no just wires coming out of motor.stainless steel
