| Equipped with | 1 - used 62.5 cu. ft. working capacity J.H. Day Ribbon Blender. Stainless steel construction. Trough measures approx. 36 in. dia. x 96 in. long x 39 1/4 in. deep. Driven by an approx. 15 HP motor 3/60/230/460V currently set up for 460V. Center bottom outlet with approx. 30 in. of under clearance to mounted load cells (no readout). Single shaft with double ribbon with cut-in agitator style rods. According to manufacturer's literature this design will cut fats oils and shortening into flours and powders rapidly. This agitator eliminates the Rubbing In effect which has a tendency to darken the dry material and reduce the flakiness of the finished product. Fixed top center cover with charge port. (2) hinged top covers (one on each end). One cover with (2) top charge ports. Approx. OAD: 171 in. long x 50.5 in. wide x 93 in tall. Prior use believed to be cosmetics.
