We brought to a specialty shop locally that does large mixers repaired the Draw Bar assembly as it had stripped ( this holds the half shafts together on the idler side) did some minor ribbon repair and polishng and replaced the pillow blocks . It was to be stripped on the outside and painted in sanitary white or Steel-it . Not sure where that is in the shop.
