The quote is $1300.00 for the whole day. (includes two men and equipment for loading on a trailer).Therefore the price loaded on your truck would be $13800.00. We have some work to do to get the blender out of an enclosed room which I will absorb. We will take off the safety frame from the blender prior to shipping and we will include the motor starter and electrical service box in our price.Also we will need to take down then re-install part of an outside chain link fence to back a low boy into the plant through a floor level door.We are starting to ship a fair amount of equipment from several plants so it may take a week from receipt of check to schedule this shipment.Steve Ames3/16/05 - FROM STEVE AMES:We can confirm the overall dimensions -- 97 inches wide by 160 inches long (including drive) by 100 inches high. We did have a spray bar in the blender but it is not currently in it. I am not sure if we will be able to relocate that bar. As regards moving and loading the Munson we will remove the doors from the room that it is in a professional rigger will be required to move the blender and load onto your truck. (it is a clear shot from the room it is in to a loading dock or out the truck door (floor level). I would estimate $1000.00 for this service -- 2 men w/ appropriate equipment 1/2 day. We can arrange for a rigger to be here if there is to be a visit.Regards Steve Ames does it have a spray bar??what would it cost to remove & load??3/15/05 - SteveThanks again for the additional information & photos you sent of the 120 cu. ft. Munson Mixer. I just wanted to confirm the dimensions you gave (8' x 11') are OVERALL dimensionsand not strictly the I-Beam frame dimensions (which is how it is stated in your e-mail). If the overall width on the machine is 8' we're good since it would not be over dimensional width on a trailer. The price will go up drastically if the overall width is above 102 wide - (8 ft. 6 in.*). Up to 8'6 wide would be the standard rate 8'6 to 11' wide would be one rate up 11' wide to 14' wide would be another step up. 14' + wide would be a super wide which would be even higher.Please also confirm the OVERALL length (11' OR IS THAT JUST THE I BEAM FRAME??) You did mention the overall height is 10' which we have already taken into consideration (a step deck will be required - no problem). (2/16/05 - to vendor)2/16/05 - Yes I can confirm that this is a 120 cu ft working capacity blender.It is located in Wilmington DelawareWe can take e-photo and supply dimensions tomorrow.For your information we also have a 60 cu ft Munson Drum Blender (stainless steel) that is available.2/24/05 - Per vendor -There is a protective cage around the blender and it is in an enclosed room so it is a bit hard to get a picture of the entire blender.3/10/05 - per vendor - Blender sits on I-beam frame which has a width of 8' and length of 11'. The overall height is approximately 10'. Here are the dimensions as well as some photos of the inside. As mentioned the price is $12500.00 As-is- Where-is. Offer is valid for 30 days and is subject to prior sale.I am told that it came in on a Lo-boy truck and will need a rigger to get it on and off.
