Equipped with1 - NEW 100 cu. ft. Twin Shell V-blender. Shell will be constructed of 304 stainless steel and have a polished sanitary finish inside and outside shell. Shell is mounted on a carbon steel A frame painted with an FDA approved Steel It paint. Equipped with a 12 in. butterfly valve (2) 20 in. charge ports and two solid stainless steel charge port covers. (2) 43 in. carbon steel extension stands to allow for extra discharge height. Stands can be made to customer specification. Blender is driven by a 7.5 HP direct drive motor 8.3 RPM with a VFD drive brake with stop/start/jog controls. Customer to specify electrical requirements. Space requirements for a standard 100 cf blender with 43 in. extension stands are: O/A : 15 ft. 8 in. high x 78 in. long x 60 in. wide. There is an approx. 10 to 12 week turnaround time from when order and deposit are initially received. ASKING PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON CURRENT MARKET PRICE FOR STEEL.
