Counter weighted top mix head tilts back for cleaning. Dome top with (4) inlets. Threaded center bottom discharge to approx. 1.5 in. dia. sanitary fitting. Stainless steel jacket rated 15 psi @ 300 deg. F. Jacket covers the hemispherical bottom and goes approx. 1/2 up the side wall. Double motion agitation consisting of side & bottom anchor sweep and counter rotating agitator. Driven by a 1/2 HP motor to single phase Boston Gear Incom Ratiotrol Variable Frequency Drive with speed knob 0-100 AC power On/Off Run/Stop and manual/follower switch. Unitized on base with stainless receiver tank. Legs are adjustable for height. National Board #99955. Unit is very clean has been test run and appears to be in overall excellent condition.
