Tri-Mix Turboshear Processor we have here in our Montville NJ facility.The unit was made by Lee Model# 25D-12T Tri-Mix Turbo-Shear Vacuum ProcessorSerial# C-1487A. This unit was originally purchased by Warner-Lambert in Morris Plains NJ. It was for lab use. The facility made Consumer Health Products at the facility products like Gelusil (similar to Tums) and mouthwash. Warner Lambert was sold to Pfizer who did not use the facility and the facility was then sold to Johnson & Johnson.Unit was out of service but was checked for mechanical condition on a regular basis...we have those documents. The unit and the facility it was at have never made any of the products you mention in your QC form.If your representative would like to do a “Swab” test while inspecting the unit we will be glad to help them.We have the blueprints and manuals for this unit.The unit may be inspected here at our Montville NJ facility.
