Stainless steel jacket is board rated (#4914) for 125 PSI at 345 deg. F. Manufacturer hydro test to agitator features spring loaded scrapers with Teflon blades mounted from stainless steel tilt out bridge with water activated tilting cylinder facilities for through the wall temperature well 3 inch center bottom outlets with flush seating ball valve with tri-clamp connection and 30 in. floor clearance. Unit is mounted on three stainless steel legs interconnected on two sides. Agitator is 3 hp driven by sterling variable speed drive 38 to 155 rpm directly coupled to factory gear box.
