If there is I will continue to change out all the sight port gaskets with FDA Gortex material and replace O-rings as necessary to acheive a perfect vacuum seal. I can pull 29 now but once the pump is shut off it slowly drifts to about 25 in approx. 20 minutes. Have a nice holiday. Regards Sam.12/8/04 - Hello JonI ran some tests with the Lee this morning. I was able to pull 28 1/2 of atmosphere for vacuum. It was still holding 25 after the vacuum pump was shut off for 20 minutes. I am going to order some larger diameter O-ring stock for the main manual port/sight glass. It seems a little undersized. The controls are wired 208V. There are three 1.5 Triclamp ports and one 3 Triclamp port in the cover.Regards Sam12/7/04 - Hello JonPlease find attached scanned images of drawings that indicate the HP of the high speed homogenizer is 5/2.5 with a two speed motor 3450/1725 RPM. The controls for the high speed motor have a high and low setting.The scrape-side agitator is driven by a reversing 1.5 HP motor with electronic AC variable speed 0 to 48.5 RPM. This controller has a dial setting and a key pad setting. This dual function is a combination of Square D Econo-Flex and Altivar 58 Adjustable Speed Drive Controllers. Both controllers are new. The Teflon wipers are new as well.All the ports in the cover and kettle outlet are triclamp sanitary connections with the exception of the accessible hinged sight port and the flange bolt sight port for the fixed explosion proof light both in the cover of course.As we discussed I was hoping to net between 25 and 30 thousand for this unit as we have around 26 invested in it.
