Kettle has central bridge with 3/4 HP gear reduced drive by Sumitomo direct coupled to anchor style agitator with hinged nyolon scraper blades at 28.7 RPM. Unit also has 1.5 in. angular baffle from bridge and built in course screen cover over 1.5 in. center bottom discharge with flush seating ball valve.
