Jacketed for 45 psi at 300 deg. F. National Board code stamped. With heavy duty scraper agitation driven by Eurodrive. Each kettle also has twin stationary baffles and C.I.P. spray balls. Mounted on stainless steel legs. Cylinder for tilt out of agitation and dished top head with 17 in. dia. manway lid and assorted smaller openings. Approx. 4 in. dia. center bottom outlet with tri-clamp discharge. 2 units available price below is for each kettle. Both kettles came from a major food company that ceased operations.
