Equipped with1 - used 150 gallon Hamilton Kettle. Stainless steel construction with (3) stainless steel legs. Model SA. With 150 psi jacket at 360 deg. F. 3 in. bottom center drain 20 in. off floor. Legs are spaced out 3 feet center to center. Each leg is approx. 3 in. dia. Kettle is 44 in. dia. x 34 in. deep. Agitator bracket is mounted on side. National Board stamped. No cover no valve on drain. Kettle has dual agitation - one sweeps the sides the other is bar blades moving in opposite direction. Kettle requires work on the bridge to make it fit (Bridge needs to be shortened we would do this). With gear box and hydraulic drive (No electric motor no hydraulic pump). Last used for food service. Jacket successfully hydro tested in March of 2008. F.O.B. - LOCATION
