The upper 9 ft diameter x 12 in high of straight side volume calculates to a total of 475 gallons or 39 gallons per inch. Therefore 3 in of the upper straight side would hold a volume of 117 gallons. Adding the 394 gallons from the coned portion and 117 gallons in the upper straight side portion will give a total capacity of 511 gallons. This will leave 9 in of the upper straight side portion available. Three-zone steam jacket manufacturer tagged as rated for 125 psi and National Board coded. The vessel has a temperature sensor port. Includes two hinged top covers over one half of the vessel with no cover(s) presently on the other. On stainless steel legs currently configured for a 60 IN infeed height and 11 IN discharge height.Complete with a scraper-agitator mounted on a tubular stainless steel bridge powered by a 10 HP 230 volt 3 phase Eurodrive gearmotor for the scraper and a 1.5 HP 230/460 volt 3 phase Eurodrive gear motor on a center prop agitator. The scraper drive is 1730 RPM with a 104:1 ratio gearbox offering 16 RPM on blades.This cooker-cooler kettle was manufactured new in 1999 and is now in stock in EXCELLENT mechanical and cosmetic condition available for timely shipment.
