| Equipped with | 2 - used Ultrasonic Tanks manufactured by Blackstone Ney Ultraconics. Model AS-3000 Wash-Rinse System. According to the manufacturer each tank is 3000W @ 40 KHz. Serial #A702013-A4F. Consists of 2 separate units which are attached last used as a 2 stage Ultrasonic Wash (Wash 1 of 2 & 2 of 2). Each tank has working dimensions of 31 in. L to R x 22 in. F to B depth depends on adjustable agitation stroke (approx. 15 in. in lowered position). Agitation load capacity: 125 lbs. Capacity of main tank is 92 gallons working capacity of weir approx. 6 gallons. Wash & Rinse tanks each have a bag filter and stainless steel removable lid. Power requirements: 3/60/208V. Built in June 2004. Units are still supported aftermarket by the manufacturer. New replacement cost as of February 2017 approx. $20000.00 for each tank. Drawing & Manual available on request.
