All 316 L stainless steel contact surfaces and 304 SS external surfaces both with polished finish. National Board certified (#2391) for 29.92 in. HG and 50 PSIG at 400 deg. F. internally. Body is jacketed and rated for 100 PSIG at 400 deg. F. Dome top cover is removable and has (6) swing mount screw down bolt closures. (10) top ports with tri-clamp connections. Lightning Mixer (model # XGDS-25SCR) is flange mounted at angular position with sterile flushed shaft seal by Duraseal. 1/4 HP 90 volt variable speed DC drive at1725 RPM output speed. Dual internal temperature probes. 1 1/2 in. center bottom outlet with flush seating valve. Tank is mounted on stainless steel plate base with casters.
