It is very clean as it came out of a pharma facility. The agitator has an air drive and we haven't done any testing but the other units we sold were converted to electric drive for a minimum cost. We can ship it to him on an approval basis that would give him a chance to do a test run.Just let me know what would satisfy him and we will try to work it out.no drawings nor documentation. NB papers can be ordered. Jon:The 50 gallon DCI reactor is still available at $11500.( or get an offer) less 15% at our N.J.facility.It is fully jacketed on sides and bottom. It is difficult to see how far the bottom blade is from the bottom of the vessel but it appears to be approx. 6-8 in.. The top has (1) 3 in. (3) 1 1/2 in. flanges and a 6 in. handhole with a 3 in. ferrule in the top of it. I can not get to the bottom nozzle but looking from the inside I would say it is a 2 in. flanged opening.I have no information on the air pressure/flow requirements of the agitator drive.Attached are some photos.RegardsJim RicciUsed DCI 50 gallon T316L stainless steel reactor.
