| Equipped with | 1 - used 200 gallon all stainless steel sanitary vacuum rated Lee Process Tank. Model #200 U7S. Shell is rated for 50 PSI and full vacuum service at 338 deg. F (test pressure 78). Body is fully jacketed shrouded and rated for 100 PSI at 338 deg. F (tested to 155 PSI). All National Board rated (# 4449). Tank is approx. 36 in. dia. x 48 in. straight side with dish bottom 1 1/2 in. center bottom outlet with flush seating valve and 12 in. floor clearance. Bolt on dish top. Flange mounted 3/4 HP gear reduced mixer with twin three-blade propellers opertaing at 345 RPM 3/60/208-230/460V. (7) Top inlets with tri-clamp connections (1) 7 in. inlet with tri-clamp connection and (1) 5 in. inlet with flanged connection. Top center agitator mount with top center seal port is presently closed by bolt on cover. Tank is mounted on (3) stainless steel pipe legs with flanged feet.
