Unit is 40 in. dia. x 17 in. straight side / 23 in. total depth dished bottom with center bottom outlet with 90 deg. elbow to an approximately 2 in. ball valve stainless steel 2 piece hinged cover. Unit has a 2 zone electric heated jacket with 2 sets of controls at 400 deg. F and 550 deg. F. Tank is agitated by a Lightnin model XJA-33 - 1/3 HP air driven portable mixer with stainless steel shaft and props. Bolted in removable grate inside tank at bottom of straight side when tank starts to dish down. |
