Motors for the sweep surface and counter-rotating agitators are each 2 HP 3/60/230/460V. Mixer is jacketed and vacuum rated for 150 PSI. Vacuum pump (with condensor) is a SIHI water type and is driven by a 7 1/2 HP 3/60/230/460V motor. Internal working pressure is 10 PSI. Discharge diameter is 1 1/2 in. Mixer has a sight glass and several product ports. All mouted on a stainless steel frame with a master control panel complete with AC inverters for both mixing drives and temperature control with a flush mounted probe at the bottom of the vessel.
