T-304 stainless steel exterior shroud with #4 high polished finish. Full National Board certified (#3381). T-304 stainless steel unicoil jacket covers side walls and dish bottom (3 independent zones). Jacket rated 100 psi at 338 deg. F (Hydro tested for 155 psi by manufacturer). 2 HP Eurodrive vari-speed drive direct coupled to 4:1 factory gear reducer centrally mounted on stainless steel bridge with two loose fitting covers. Dish bottom with Lee 4 in. fluid flow flush seating ball valve T-316 stainless steel. Agitator with nylon scraper blades on side walls and bottom. Counter rotating blades.
