Maximum overall height - Outside diameter manufacturted by Casale Industries9/10 - response to cust - 1. When built these were vacuum tested at 27 in. Jackets were hydrotested at 30 PSI2. Machines are missing nameplates however both were oprating when taken out of service 4-5 months ago. 3. The location were these pieces are does not have facilities for hydrotesting however the owner will guarantee that the jackets do no leak as he is certain that they were operating at full volume. The packing glands might need to be redone. 4. These pieces DO NOT have controls for mixer - the motor is gearhead 3 hp 1750 rpm - with a 2 stage Boston gear reducer 100-1 reduction and then the output shaft of the gear reducer has a bubble gear (pinion gear) - that goes up to a large double gear on the agitator shaft. That provides another 4-1 reduction - turns very slow - 5-6 rpm 5. Outside diameter of jacket is just under 62 in - overall dimensions a little more including legs. Overall height is 9 ft. 6 in. 6 .The bottom outlet flange is a 6 in. flange - there is a reducting flange on there - reduced to 1.5-2 in.
