| Equipped with | 1 - used approx. 2500 liter/650 gallon Stainless Fabricators Inc. Double Motion Vacuum Processor. With T-316 stainless steel shell in 7 gauge thickness with #4 polish. ASME design rated for 15 psi @ 275 deg. F and rated for vacuum service to 29.92 Hg. Fully jacketed body made of 12 gauge T-304 stainless steel is rated for steam at 15 psi @ 275 deg. F and cooling water. Vessel is fully shrouded with polished finish and 2 in. chloride free ceramic fiber insulation. Full side and bottom wall scraper agitation with floating teflon scrapers is driven by a 7.5 HP motor coupled to Eurodrive gear reducer for final output of approx. 30 RPM. Counter rotating 4-14 in. dia. twin angled blade agitators captured in scraper agitator with teflon bushing @ approx. 60 RPM. Dish top and bottom. Vessel measures approx. 48 in. ID x 95.5 in. straight side. Total capacity is 3048 liters/805 gallons. (6) top inlets with tri-clamp connections (1) 3 in. (4) 2 in. (1) 6 in. with 8 bolt flanged connection. Two lifting lugs and approx. 16 in. dia. dome top hinged o-ring gasketed manway with central sight glass and internal wiper. Approx. 2 in. center bottom outlet with flush seating ball valve. Approx. 28 in. of under clearance from discharge to floor. Internal temperature well.
