Unit is a closed top design and features all stainless steel sanitary construction with polished food grade finish internally and externally. Equipped with full jacketed body with slight cone bottom. Full sweep agitator with hinged nylon scraper blades on removable mountings. Agitator is captured in bottom tripod bearing for stability. Unit includes top center mounted dual speed drive by Eurodrive with gear reducer 6.1/7.8 HP 870/1750 RPM yielding final speed of 7/14 RPM. Additionally equipped with adjustable angle baffle mounted from inside dome top 22 in. top manway with hinged cover internal dual head sprayball 2 in. center bottom outlet S/S legs with leveling feet. Sidewall features Cherry Burrell Channel wall type jacket and cone bottom. Processor has dimple style jacket all rated for 50 PSI service. Prior use: Dairy Manufacturing.
