SOLD AS OF 10/11/10Rowlands #P-125-B - Avail conf. 6/24/10$44600 less 10%* originally quoted at $30500 less 10% reconditioned. Call Bill Jr. for as-is pricing. JonI apologize for the delay in getting back to you - I was out of the office yesterday.Yes P-125-B is still available. It is located here so the zip code would be Hazleton PA 18201. The overall shipping dimensions would be as noted below. Because the tank is so tall it would need to be laid down on saddles with the agitator braced for shipment. I don't know if your carrier would provide saddles (if Rowlands delivered we would have our own saddles). Laying down - the tank (including gear head) would be 196 in. long x 101 in. wide x 117 in. high (includes side ladder). These dimensions are a little rough as obviously the position of the ladder can be shifted to a 2 or 10 o'clock position to minimize height. Please feel free to contact me should you need further assistance or clarification.. Nancy *Reconditioning of processing tanks includes stripping & painting of painted surfaces. Pressure testing of heat transfer area. Flooded water testing of atmospheric vessels. Complete tear down and repair of agitator drive systems. Elastomer/seal replacement. Cosmetic polishing as necessary of stainless steel surfaces. Rebuilding of outlet valves and loosening of all adjustable legs. Loading on a flat bed carrier is included in the purchase price. 8/22/06 - per cust -Thanks for your candor I am looking for a processor capable of 120 PSI steam. I don't want to take a chance and an trying to set budget goals for now.8/21/06 - per vendor - The jacket was pressure tested and failed. It will need to be repaired. As with most dairy tanks the jacket does not have a pressure rating tag. Cherry Burrell states in the literature that heat transfer surfaces are good to 75 PSI. (to cust 8/22/06) A few inlet ports have been added and removed and the tank interior has been polished in a few areas. The guy doing the polishing could have done a better job blending in his work.8/11/06 - cust #26617 - Has the tank been dye checked for pin holes or leaks? Is the jacket rated for steam or just hot water? (to vendor 8/21/06)
