(1) used 2 gallon Double Planetary Dual Disperser Mixer Model PDDM-2, including the following features and specifications: Full vacuum change can design. Vertical lift design (reverse lift) for raising of mix can to the operating position. Mounted on carbon steel bench.  Two High Viscosity HV Planetary Stirrer Blades. Two High Speed Disperser Shafts and Blades.  Agitator drive components and lift system are fully sheathed. Stainless steel type 304 wetted parts.  (2) internally machined, type 304 stainless steel, 2-gallon jacketed mix cans. Each can includes a ported cove cut plug outlet, a temperature probe and lifting handles. Non-stainless steel parts are finished with a durable two-part epoxy coating. Gardner Denver model G-VGD-10 vacuum pump located on shelf under mixer. Vacuum pump needs it’s own 230 or 460 volt, 3-phase power source (no motor starter is included). There are valves and tubing mounted under the mixer that are connected to the control panel for making and breaking vacuum on the unit. 230 volt, 3 phase input. Ross Syscon control system including VFD drives, USB data input and Red Lion touch screen HMI operator panel and PLC. Unit being offered with One used Ross Discharge System Model DS-2, for use with 2-gallon Ross mix cans. Includes the following features and specifications: Rugged steel support frame Hydraulically operated platen for accurate discharge control. Type 304 stainless steel platen. Discharge system is mounted on a carbon steel bench. Hydraulic power-pak is mounted on the bench (behind the unit) and plumbed to the valve and cylinder. It is powered by a ½ HP, 208/230-460 volt 3 phase motor. Platen is controlled by a manually operated (lever style) hydraulic valve. Non-stainless steel parts are finished with a durable two-part epoxy coating. SHIPMENT: Approximately 2 weeks after receipt of order and payment TERMS: Full payment due before shipment.
