SHARPLES P-3000 SUPER-D-CANTER CENTRIFUGE – S/S – REBUILT

1 – REBUILT Sharples model P3000 Super-D-Canter Centrifuge. Stainless steel. Max. bowl speed 4000 RPM. 10 degree cylinder bowl. Hogged out solid discharge ports. Adjustable liquid ports 4 1/4 in. single lead conveyor with carbide tiles on the taper & first 2 1/2 cylindrical flights. The balance of the flights will be hard surfaced along with the feed discharge and cake ports. A 125:1 Gearbox shall be supplied. The unit will be mounted on a common sub base along with a new 25 HP Wye Delta motor belts guards vibration switch & vibration isolators. The new controls for the motor and interlocks will be housed in a Nema 1 enclosure. For this quote we are using 3 phase 60 cycle 460 volts. Price below also includes a manual six month warranty and training at rebuilders facility for one day. Rebuilding would commence upon receipt of purchase order and 50% deposit. Balance would be due upon completion of rebuild work prior to shipment. Delivery would be four to six weeks after receipt of p.o. and deposit. Elevated stands are available at cost. F.O.B. – LOCATION
