300 GALLON TRIPLE MOTION AGITATED KETTLE (#9666)

Kettle, Groen 300 gallon. Stainless steel steam jacketed. Open top with 3″ tri clamp outlet. Jacket national board rated at 100 PSI. Mounted on stainless steel legs. Complete with center bridge mounted Triple motion wide sweep scraper agitation system. Agitation system consists of the following: 1. 5 HP. Center mounted Wide sweep agitator with scraper blades This agitator turns at 29 RPM 2. 2 HP. Offset inverted “Xmas tree” agitator that turns the opposite direction of the main sweep agitator. This agitator assures a complete mix and turns at 60 RPM. 3. 10 HP Offset hydrofoil or cutter blade high speed agitator. This agitator is mounted the opposite of the sweep on the other open side and provides an emulsifying action to be used when adding hard to hydrate products. This agitator has a speed of 1750 RPM. Our reconditioning service includes: 1. Pressure testing of jacket and repairing any leaks. 2. All mechanical systems are checked and any worn parts replaced. 3. Any worn seals are replaced. 4. Legs that are mild steel will either be re-painted or replaced with stainless steel. 5. All stainless steel is cleaned and brushed to a sanitary finish. 6. Crating and skidding for all smaller kettles. 7. Loading. 8. Arranging transportation. Modifications and agitation are available for any kettle. Kettles are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase.
