Right and left hand feed screws mounted on 1.5 in. dia. drive shaft. 5 HP TEFC motor with NEMA 12 starter controls (240/480v). Belt guard cover manual bag chair air operated bag clamp cylinder and pinch tube cutoff. Electronic weighing with Allen-Bradley variable frequency drive interfaced to Rice Lake 920i digital controller for 2-speed fill. Mild steel construction. Pneumatic circuitry dust collection connection. Filling spout to fit customer’s bag.Accuracies on electronic weighing are +/- 1/4% provided that there is a good product head continuous product flow and the properly designed perforated bag or vented filling spout to allow release of air.
