1 – used Purnell Model HM-20 XP jacketed stainless steel sanitary mixer. Approx. 10 1/4 in. dia. x 16 1/4 long mixing chamber with four plow and two end scraper plow agitator. Loading port is approx. 4 1/2 in. x 16 in. with dump grate and removable cover with swing mounted hand wheel closures. Mixer is vari-speed to 341 RPM via AC frequency controller has an air purged main mixer shaft seal and is cabinet mounted with all XP control panel and 2 HP Reliance motor. F.O.B. – LOCATION
