1 – used Hasegawa Refiner Deflaker Attriton Disc Mill. Manufactured in Japan. Approx. 25 in. inside chamber with lining and approx. 22.5 in. disc. One stationary, one rotating, both with bolted segments. 50 HP 230/460V, 1775 RPM direct drive motor. Rotating disc has course clearance adjustment and fine adjustment. Inlet is 6 in. round flanged with stainless steel feed hopper, approx. 12 in. x 12 in. feeds inside chamber center. Discharges out of the bottom chamber.
