1 – used 100 gallon Lee Industries Tri-Mix Turbo-Shear Vacuum Jacketed Processor. Model 100D-12T. Serial #A9363-B. NB code stamp #3454. Stainless steel construction. 100 gallon working capacity. Approx. 36 in. ID x 34 in. deep with hemispherical bottom. Tilt out dished top clamp down head. Rated Full Vacuum/60 psi @ 332 deg. F. internal. Jacket rated FV/90 psi psi @ 332 deg. F. 91 psi internal test pressure 136 psi jacket test pressure. Tri-Mix Turbo Shear agitation has a 2 HP double motion agitator with scrapers and 20 HP central mounted homogenizing mixer. Both motors are 230/460 volt. Center bottom outlet with 2 in. dia. sanitary tri-clamp. Mounted on (3) stainless steel legs. Misc. side and bottom jacket ports. Processor built in 1985.
