1 – RECONDITIONED 1,200 gallon Walker dome top, cone bottom bottom pressure wall processor. Model PZ-CB. Stainless steel. Bottom and side wall scrape agitation. Double spray ball. Adjustable baffle. 2.5 in. outlet. Jacketed on sidewall and bottom rated for 15 psi @ 250 deg. F for Heat and 100 psi @ 100 deg. F for cooling. This unit is offered fully reconditioned at the asking price. As-Is offers will also be considered. Standard reconditioning would include: sandblast of exterior painted surfaces, repair or replace any deteriorated steel, pressure test any and all heat exchange surfaces, polishing of stainless steel parts & surfaces as needed, disassembly of mechanicals for inspection, new bearings, seals and replacement of any worn parts. Electrical test, leak test & test run sanitary connections as specified by customer. Adjustable legs with ball or pad feet, new elastomers, 2-coats primer on tanks. Loaded on buyer’s truck.
