(8) 44 in. wide x 40 in. deep sanitary stainless steel jacketed shelves rated 50 PSI @ 300 deg. F. 4.625 in. clearance between shelves. Internal #4 polish. With Stokes Model 900-85-4 surface condensor and receiver. Hicks Hargreaves (Stokes) two stage liquid ring vacuum pump rated 70 CFM @ 29 in. with vacuum ejector. Manuals available. Built in. 1990.
