1 – NEW Molteni Model EBD-1200SV Vacuum Butterfly Disperser, 250 gallon mixing capacity, 325 gallon total capacity. Stainless steel type 304 product contact surfaces, 60 HP Butterfly Anchor with Nylon wall scrapers. 30 HP High Speed Disperser with 14″ saw tooth disperser blade, agitators raise up and down during processing and under vacuum. Non-jacketed tank with 3″ discharge outlet and caster wheels (to be built).   Electrohydraulic lifting arrangement. FOB Bergamo, Italy. Shipment: 3 – 4 weeks by boat Fab time for mix can – 6-12 weeks depending on specifications Since the control panel has not yet been manufactured, we can offer a panel that takes 480 volts, 3 phase, 60 Hz current. The panel will output 400 volts, 50 Hz to the motors, but that would not affect any client in the U.S. You can change your listing accordingly. RPM for Shaft 1 – (Butterfly) 20 – 170 rpm. RPM for Shaft 2 (Disperser) 700 – 1400 rpm with a 350 mm blade. Price does not include controls however, we can add a PLC and HMI at an additional price.
