1 – used 250 gallon Molteni Dual Shaft Mixer. Model MC 1000 S.V. Carbon steel contact parts. Vacuum capable. Floor mount with hydraulic lift. Dual shaft mixing consists of slow speed sweep and high speed shaft and blade. Slow speed shaft is approx. 3.75 in. dia. x 35 in. long and has 3 arms. High speed shaft is approx. 2.5 in. dia. x 30 in. long with 11 in. dia. blade. Variable speed hydraulic drive. 75 HP and 40 HP hydraulic unit. Jacketed mix tank is approx. 43.25 in. dia. x 42.25 in. deep and is on casters. Bottom discharge with valve. With tank holders control panel operators stand with push buttons. Top cover with misc. inlets including 5 in. sight glass 1.5 in. inlet with vlave vacuum gauge thermocouple 3 in. inlet with valve. 3 in. inlet with valve 10 in. butterfly valve 3 in. inlet 1 in. inlet.
