1 – used 1,500 gallon Fully Jacketed Vertical Scrape Agitated Mixing Tank with closed top and slight cone bottom. 76 in. ID x 78 in. straight side. Fully coil jacketed side walls and cone bottom with stainless steel shrouding. Jacket has been tested at 30 psi. Full scraping agitator with hinged polymer scrapers along vertical walls with facilities for additional scrapers on cone bottom. Agitator driven by a Reeves Variable Speed Drive. Approx. 7.5 HP 230/460V, 18.4/9.2 amps. Hanging mounting for adjustable baffle. Dish top with 18 in. manway. Hinged gasketed dome cover. (3) 3 in. top inlets with tri-clamp and acme threaded bevel seat connections. 2 in. threaded port with vent cap, 3/4 sleeve opening with straight connection. Two opposing lift lugs. 186 in. total height. Approx. 3 in., center bottom outlet with plug valve. Three internal temperature wells. 1.5 in. side bottom connection above cone. Shroud has bottom condensate drain. Mounted on (5) interconnected legs with threaded leveling feet. Vessel has no tag, possibly mfg. by Cherry Burrell. Last used in pharmaceutical service.
