1 – Used approximately 2000 gallon 304 stainless steel vertical mix tank. 100″ diameter X 64″ high straight side. Equipped with 4 blade agitator driven by Lightnin series 10 drive model 16S5, Ratio 17.31, output RPM 68, powered by 5 HP 3/60/230-460 volt motor. Welded dished heads. Top fittings: 22″ X 22″ square manway with pneumatic cylinder for opening and closing. (1) 2″ NPT in center to the spray-ball, (2) 3″, (1) 6″ and (1) 8″. 3″ center bottom drain. 1″ side bottom inlet to sparge ring. Mounted on (4) stainless steel legs, giving 32″ clearance to floor.
